In this topic you will learn how to log in to BlueStep, change your password when accessing BlueStep for the first time, and how to log out.
Log In
Enter the BlueStep URL (web address) provided by BlueStep into the address bar of your Internet browser.
Enter your username and temporary password in the space provided and click on the "Sign In" button.
Change Your Password
The first time you access BlueStep you will be required to change your temporary password.
Your new password strength will need to be at least “Good” for the system to save it. Try using a combination of upper and lower case letters and special characters to improve the strength of you password.
Change your question and answer in case you forget your username and/or password. Click on the "Save" button to save your changes.
After saving your changes, you can navigate to your BlueStep home page by clicking the “Home” link at the top of the screen. When you are logged in you will see your name at the top right of the screen.
Log Out
To logout, click your name at the top right of the screen and click the "Logout" link. You will be logged out of BlueStep and will need to log back in to access your system.
